Payment Terms

Payment Methods

Invoices are issued monthly, and payment is due within 14 days of receipt. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the invoice.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Process

Clients may cancel a scheduled service by providing at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations can be made via phone or email. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee equivalent to one service session.

Refunds

Refunds are processed under specific conditions. If services have not been rendered, clients are eligible for a full refund upon request. In cases where partial services have been provided, refunds for the unused portion will be calculated on a prorated basis. Refunds are issued via the original payment method within 30 days of the approved request.

Liability

User Responsibilities

• Inform us of any sensitive areas or plants that require special attention.
• Provide access to water sources if necessary for equipment operation.
• Secure pets and inform us of any animals that may interact with the service process.

Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays or additional charges to address unforeseen issues.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify our service offerings and pricing structures. Clients will be notified of any significant changes at least 30 days in advance. Modifications may include adjustments to service frequency, pricing alterations due to market changes, or the introduction of new services.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement under the following conditions:

• By providing a written notice 30 days in advance.
• If there is a breach of the Terms and Conditions outlined herein.
• In cases of prolonged non-payment or repeated cancellation without sufficient notice.

Upon termination, clients are responsible for settling any outstanding balances within 14 days.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Palmers Green.
